Processing Time

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, absence of the recipient, or refusal to collect the parcel, the package will be returned to MySoulTune at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Items Marked as Delivered
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the tracking system.
For this reason, we recommend using a secure delivery address.
